Position OverviewThe Reliability Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality and performance by investigating failures, identifying root causes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance product reliability and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth failure analyses to determine root causes and contributing factors of product issues
- Analyze trends in reported failures and complaints to identify recurring problems and opportunities for improvement
- Categorize and prioritize customer complaints to ensure timely and effective investigations
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including quality, manufacturing, and engineering, to gather data and insights for thorough analysis
- Partner with product owners and design teams to implement reliability improvements and prevent future failures
- Communicate investigation findings, corrective actions, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and customers
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, align on priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience with failure analysis methodologies (e.g., FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment
