Job Description:
We are seeking a Sr. Packaging Engineer with 4+ years of experience in medical device packaging development and validation
. The ideal candidate will have expertise in packaging design, IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, packaging testing, sterile barrier systems, and regulatory compliance to support new product development and manufacturing.
Required Skills:
- Medical Device Packaging Development
- IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV & Packaging Validation
- Seal Integrity, Burst, Peel, Transit & Aging Testing
- Packaging Specifications & Technical Documentation
- CAPA, Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvement
- FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 11607 & ISO 13485
Preferred:
- Sterile Barrier Systems
- ASTM, ISTA & EU MDR
- New Product Introduction (NPI)
Education: Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related Engineering discipline.
