Client Service Associate – Wealth Management
Compensation: Up to $110,000 base (commensurate with experience) + bonus About the Opportunity
A well-established, independent wealth advisory firm with a multi-billion-dollar asset base is seeking a Client Service Associate to support a growing advisory team and high-net-worth client relationships. This is a fully in-office role and a key position within the firm’s client service and operations function. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in wealth management or brokerage environments, takes pride in delivering a high-touch client experience, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, relationship-driven setting.
Key Responsibilities- Support Financial Advisors and clients across day-to-day account servicing and relationship management
- Open and maintain brokerage and retirement accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up
- Process asset movements, money transfers, and service requests with precision and efficiency
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional communication
- Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare materials, and assist with client review preparation
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and compliant records of client interactions and transactions
- Partner closely with advisors, operations, and compliance to ensure a seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance service delivery
- Active Series 7 license required
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a wealth management, brokerage, or advisory environment
- Strong understanding of client service workflows and account administration
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable working in a fully in-office setting
- Competitive base salary up to $110,000, plus bonus
