Job Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The position includes triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds, and meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals and recommend products. The role may involve residential mortgage loan origination, and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements.
Responsibilities- Work with clients to plan short and long‑term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money‑managed solutions.
- Recommend banking and investment strategies that align with client goals and needs.
- Triage client requests and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds, while mitigating and controlling risk as part of daily activities.
- Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self‑disciplined management of time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Success in creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results‑driven mindset while prioritizing client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Pay Range$28.85 - $33.65 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
PayThis role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
