Guest Services Officers

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Drivers Licence and own vehicleor access to reliable transport.
• The ability towork productively & independently.
• A positive attitude & willingness to learn.
• Great teamworkskills.
• A 'can-do',solutions-focused attitude.
• The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
• Flexible availability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & public holiday work.
• Previous experience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
• Valid Australian work rights.

• Taking reservations,via phone
• Completing arrivals& departures, in office
• Opening/closingof office
• Assisting &directing visitors within the park
• Following work health & safety procedures.

• Wellbeing initiatives including Employee Assistance Program, annual flu vaccinations & activities/events that foster a sense of connection and belonging;

After completing a 6-month probationary period, youwill have access to:
