Job Title: Entry-Level Network Technician

Location: North Haven, CT (Onsite - Warehouse Environment)

Pay: $18-$20/hr (Contract Position)

• CompTIA Network+ or CCNA (or currently studying for one)
• Basic understanding of networking (IP addressing, DHCP, routers/switches)
• Comfortable working onsite in a warehouse environment
• Willing to help with general warehouse work when needed

We're hiring an entry-level Network Technician to support device setup and basic network tasks in a warehouse environment. This is a great opportunity to start your career in IT- no prior professional experience required, just solid foundational knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.

• Configure and set up laptops and devices for deployment (basic imaging and setup)
• Connect devices to the network and verify connectivity
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (connectivity, IP issues, etc.)
• Assist with staging, organizing, and tracking equipment in the warehouse
• Jump in to help with general warehouse tasks when things are slow
• Keep work areas clean and organized

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Comfortable working with computers and basic IT tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Able to be on your feet and handle light lifting

• Familiarity with Cisco equipment or basic configuration
• Any hands-on practice (school labs, home lab, cert training)
• Experience in warehouse or staging environments

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits may change and may be subject to specific elections.

This is a fully onsite position in North Haven, CT.
