Maintenance Manager

• In this role, you will lead maintenance operations, directing technicians, providing coaching and training, and ensuring accurate administrative and performance documentation
• You will drive equipment reliability and utilization by managing Maintain
  
  X activities, maintaining performance metrics, and supporting timely repairs and production needs
• Additionally, you will partner with Six Sigma / LEAN teams to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, including project management, resource coordination, and solution development
• You will oversee facility and equipment changes through design reviews, safety / ergonomics evaluations, contractor management, and documentation control
• You will develop and maintain maintenance programs, operating procedures, and regulatory‑compliant policies while managing capital requests and monitoring project expenditures
• Promote a safe, efficient work environment by modeling company values, following safety procedures, and contributing to plant productivity, quality, and operational effectiveness.

• You will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience, with more than five (5+) years in facilities or equipment‑related roles and at least two (2) years of management experience with the ability to lead teams and oversee complex technical activities
• Further, you will have a strong proficiency with personal computers, project management tools and manufacturing control systems (including PLCs and process equipment)
• You will have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints, with working knowledge of skilled trades such as welding, electrical and HVAC
• You will have effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead teams and cross‑functional projects
• You will have Six Sigma training (Green Belt required; Black Belt is preferred)
• Also, you are a highly self‑motivated, with strong self‑management, problem‑solving and goal‑setting abilities Why you will love working with us
