Community Association Manager

I am currently seeking an experienced and driven Community Association Manager on behalf of a clientto oversee a portfolio of residential communities in the New Haven area. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to homeowners and board members.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and homeowners
• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned communities around the New Haven county
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reports, and vendor contracts
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvement projects, and compliance matters
• Facilitate board meetings and annual meetings
• Ensure adherence to governing documents and state regulations

• Prior experience in community association or property management (3+ years)
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in property management software is a plus
