Position Summary:
The General Sales Manager leads all aspects of the dealership’s variable operations, including new vehicle sales, CPO, pre-owned sales, and the finance department. This leader is accountable for:
Customer satisfaction and retention;
Sales volume and market share;
Gross profit and departmental profitability;
Team development and performance management. The GSM will plan, lead, motivate, and coordinate the efforts of the sales management team, finance managers, and sales consultants while implementing proven processes and strategic initiatives that drive results.
