CNC Mill Setup Operator

We’re hiring a CNC Machinist to lead setups and production on our milling centers. We aren’t looking for someone to just watch a cycle timer; we need a pro who can edit programs, perform their own quality inspections, and keep our machines running at peak performance. If you know your way around a blueprint and a set of calipers as well as you know a CNC controller, you’ll fit right in.

Salary: $58,000 – $63,000 per year

• Setup and Operation: Perform full setups of CNC mills, including loading programs, setting offsets, and installing tooling.
• Quality Inspection: Use precision measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to check parts against blueprints and complete inspection reports.
• Maintenance: Perform basic, preventive, and daily maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and tool replacement.
