We're on the lookout for a Health & Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our team! You'll be part of a collaborative, compassionate crew that's redefining what care looks like in senior living.

What You'll Do:

• Provide health assessments and plan services for our residents
• Oversee medication management and coordinate care with vendors
• Support the Health & Wellness Director in leading and educating staff
• Be a go-to health resource for residents, families, and team members
• Resident triage. Assisting staff on the floor.

What You'll Bring:

• Current nursing license in good standing
• 2+ years of assisted living or skilled nursing experience
• Knowledge of geriatrics, dementia care, and state regulations
