Game Stop - 100 Universal Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service and supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence.;
Support store operations, visuals, promotions, and guest relationships to drive sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns using the POS system, respond to questions, and escalate issues when needed.;
Train and develop store associates; document performance feedback in Workday; ensure onboarding and compliance training.;
Schedule staff, manage payroll and breaks, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and ensure compliance with policies.
