Game Stop - 100 Universal Drive North - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions/concerns promptly and courteously, assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs, inform guests about promotions and trade-in program, recommend additional items, apply selling behaviors during transactions, and thank guests for choosing Game Stop.;
Circulate throughout the store to prioritize guests over tasks and support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale system, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, respond to calls promptly and professionally to ensure guests receive top-notch service.;
Supervise store activities and assist management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete required administrative and operational duties.
