Mad Rag is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Haven, CT to support daily store operations, drive sales, train staff, manage visual merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention. You will help supervise Sales Associates and Team Leaders, open and close the store, secure assets, and act as Store Manager in the manager's absence.
The role requires energy, strong communication, flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, and the ability to stand and lift as needed.
