Key Responsibilities- Develop expert-level product knowledge across new and pre-owned BMW inventory
- Conduct professional needs assessments to match clients with the right vehicle and ownership structure
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and digital lead management
- Demonstrate strong closing skills while maintaining integrity and client trust
- Maintain consistent follow-up and CRM activity
- Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented sales culture

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 Years Of Automotive Sales Experience
