Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Summary

Mercedes Benz of North Haven is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. This individual will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, commission sales position in the auto industry. The compensation for this role ranges from $75,000 to $300,000 per year, paid on a weekly basis. • Prospect and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate sales
• Understand and demonstrate the features and benefits of Mercedes Benz vehicles
• Maintain current knowledge of all Mercedes Benz products and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on industry trends and best practices
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Act as a liaison between clients and the dealership by handling all inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure all sales and customer service processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures

• 2 Years Previous Automotive sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer programs
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
