What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships and formulary access
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Deliver targeted messaging and insights to drive product demand and business outcomes
  • Utilize digital tools and analytics for customer engagement and effective call planning
  • Support patient access to products through relevant information on reimbursement and patient programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/promotional/sales
  • Proven track record of marketing, promotional, or sales success with strong territory management skills
  • Must live within 50 miles of the designated territory
  • Valid US driver’s license with a driving record compliant with company standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • 3-5 years of specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas
  • Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customers throughout the sales process
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
