We provide pre-set high quality appointments, training, and industry leading resources. Responsibilities
  • Sell directly to homeowners: meet with customers in their homes to present our bathroom remodeling solutions with pre-set, high-quality appointments – NO cold calling.
  • Use our proven sales techniques to close deals in just one visit, maintaining a ~30% net closing rate.
  • Leverage company software and sales process to increase interest during visit.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.
Qualifications
  • Residential home sales experience (home improvement / bathroom preferred but not required – we will train you!).
  • A top closer who thrives in a one-call close environment: 90% of sales happen on the first visit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients; experience building rapport through open-ended questions.
  • High energy, discipline, and a win‑first mentality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate customer's schedules — where the money is.
  • A competitive spirit with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
