Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment;
Anticipates the needs of the athlete; actively drives sales through product and services recommendations;
Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members, focusing on best practices, exceptional selling skills, and key operational processes;
Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity;
Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.;
Promotes and drives customer participation in company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.)
