Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and help to confirm that visitors, vendors, and/or contractors follow site access procedures while maintaining a professional presence;
Assist with security-related support during medical emergencies, facility disruptions, and/or after-hours activities in accordance with post orders and client guidelines
