HVAC Service Technician

Pay ranges from $50,000 to $115,000, based on experience and performance, with opportunities for overtime and incentive bonuses. Work a consistent schedule of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM plus an on‑call rotation for additional earning potential.

• Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

As a Service Tech, you will troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment in residential, commercial, and refrigeration settings. You will present clear findings and options to customers, maintain your truck inventory, and keep the service vehicle organized and clean. After each call you will update the office and accept your next dispatch. You will represent the company professionally, building trust and reliability in every home or business you serve.

Since 1988, we have installed and serviced HVAC systems throughout Connecticut, offering heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, ductless systems, geothermal heat pumps, commercial refrigeration, and more. Custom ductwork is fabricated in our in‑house sheet metal shop by state‑licensed fabricators.
