Braman Termite & Pest Elimination is growing and looking for a Service Supervisor to help lead daily operations, support technicians, and maintain high service standards.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead a team of Service Professionals and set the tone for performance
• Provide coaching, support, and accountability
• Manage scheduling, routing, and daily coverage needs
• Step into the field when needed for inspections and treatments
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance standards are met

What Makes You a Fit:

• Pest control experience is required
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness and ability to occasionally perform technical service work in the field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and operational systems
• Safe driver with a valid driver's license and strong driving record

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, enter crawl spaces, and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions

Licenses:

• Commercial Applicator License (Core) or ability to obtain (as required by Connecticut regulations)

Screening Requirements:

• Background check
• Drug screening (excluding Marijuana/THC as allowed by law)
