We are seeking a reliable and organized Student Transportation Dispatcher to coordinate daily student pick-ups and drop-offs. This position serves as the communication hub between drivers, parents, and schools to ensure safe and timely transportation services.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch and monitor drivers for daily routes
- Answer incoming phone calls from parents, schools, and drivers
- Communicate route changes, delays, and emergencies
- Track vehicles using GPS and routing software
- Train drivers on transportation apps and company systems
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Assist with scheduling substitute drivers
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient with computers, GPS systems, and mobile apps
Early mornings and afternoons aligned with school schedules.
