The Flex Security Officer role is ideal for someone who values flexibility and is willing to step in when coverage is needed. You may be asked to fill an open shift with short notice, sothe more availability you have, the more opportunities you may have to work.

Our security sites are located throughout the Sacramento region, including

Sacramento, Davis, and Woodland. The ability to travel between these locations is strongly preferred.

We’re looking for dependable, professional Security Officers who take pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a safe, secure environment. The ideal candidate is observant, reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working independently.

• Current California BSIS Guard Card
• Valid California Driver’s License with a minimum of3 years of clean driving history
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum1 year of previous security experience
• Access control experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when completing assigned tasks
• Flexibility to workdays, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to successfully pass aback ground check and drug screening
• Bilingual skills arehighly desirable

• Conduct foot patrols, including working independently when assigned
• Patrol assigned properties and maintain a visible security presence in accordance with Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures
