THIS IS A TEMP TO HIRE, TRAVEL POSITION

• Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair, and maintain projects
• Work in outdoor utility construction sites
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
• Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment
• Operate backhoes, dozers, cable plows, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery.
• Manage all aspects of job-site construction

• You know the telecom construction industry:
  
  Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc.
• You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
• You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work

MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position.

Compensation of $30-$36 per hour, depending on the experience.

• Overtime pay will be provided in accordance with California labor laws, at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate for hours worked over 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a workweek
• The schedule is typically 6 days per week, 10-12 hours per day;
  Crews may travel one week at a time, occasionally extended stays up to two weeks before returning home for a break
• Per diem includes hotel + $50 for food
• Rest and Meal Breaks will be compensated for paid rest periods and granted unpaid meal breaks in accordance with California labor laws
• Your employment with Mas Tec is “at-will,” meaning either you or the company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice
