First Step Communities seeks a Client Support Associate (CSA) in Sacramento. CSAs monitor clients, maintain safety, and resolve conflicts to help end homelessness.
You will build rapport with clients, connect them with resources, and support daily activities across the campus, including meals and check-ins. This full-time, in-person role requires teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Weekend shifts may be required.
