Warehouse Worker

Remote Status: On-Site

Fortis Native Group is looking for a Warehouse Worker for an onsite position. This role requires an active DoD Secret level clearance.

• Receiving and Processing Stock:
  Unload, inspect, label, and store goods to maintain inventory integrity and prevent damage or loss.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with correct labeling and on-schedule dispatch.
• Inventory Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Equipment Operation:
  Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely, perform daily inspections, and report maintenance needs.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, or other guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Warehouse Organization:
  Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and sanitary; manage storage areas, rotate stock, and optimize space for efficiency.
• Support and Coordination:
  Assist supervisors and team members with logistics coordination, training, and workflow management.
• Additional Duties:
  Loading/unloading trucks, preparing shipping documents, and handling logistics details as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have and/or be able to maintain an active DoD Secret level clearance.
• Physical capability to lift and handle heavy items.
• Familiarity with warehouse procedures and equipment operation.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork.
• Awareness that warehouse operations support the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to clients, and a commitment to safety and quality in the warehouse environment.

The REAL  requires a REAL
-compliant driver's license or another accepted form of identification for domestic flights and federal facilities, by May 7, 2025. Any person attempting to access the DMEA site without a REAL  be turned away.

You need to have at least one of these 3  listed for proof of Citizenship:

• Certificate of Naturalization

  • State-issued REAL r’s license
  • Valid government
