Rhode Island Fast Ferry operates high-speed ferry service between Rhode Island and Martha's Vineyard, along with scenic lighthouse cruises on Narragansett Bay.

We're a close-knit, high-energy team that takes pride in delivering a great customer experience from the moment passengers arrive to when they return. Our shoreside team plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.

Rhode Island Fast Ferry is seeking Lot Attendants / Customer Service Representatives for our summer season (May - October). These are full-time, seasonal positions based at our North Kingstown terminal.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students, or anyone looking for an active, outdoor role
. As a Lot Attendant, you ll be one of the first and last points of contact for our customers—helping create a smooth and positive experience.

• Greet customers and assist with parking and directions
• Collect parking fees and handle cash/credit transactions
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and answer questions
• Assist with traffic flow and lot organization during busy periods
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of parking areas and grounds
• Support general operations and other team needs as required

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable interacting with customers and handling transactions
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Previous customer service or cash handling experience (preferred)
