Summary/
Description:
The Child Outreach Screener assists the Child Outreach Coordinator in conducting Child Outreach Screenings for children ages 3, 4, and 5 and their families in school and community-based settings. This position supports outreach efforts by helping identify developmental needs, engaging families, and ensuring screenings are completed accurately and respectfully.

Flexible days/10-15 hours per week.
Rate of pay: $18.50/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for efficiently administering selected screening instruments to children between 3 and 5 years old.
- Perform developmental, social/emotional, speech/language, hearing and vision screenings using approved tool
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality, safety, and child protection policies
- Deals courteously and effectively with parents and children.
- Records the results of screening meticulously and accurately.
- Assumes other duties as may be assigned by the Child Outreach Coordinator.
