Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers to define what great looks like, shape hiring strategies, and build exceptional teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and beyond.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of critical roles - from technical specialists and manufacturing talent to business and leadership positions - as REGENT continues to grow.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and relationship‑building with exceptional candidates.
• Lead candidates through every stage of the hiring process, providing thoughtful guidance, timely communication, and an experience that reflects who we are as a company.
• Use data, market insights, and candidate feedback to influence hiring decisions, improve search strategies, and help teams make better hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve how we hire by experimenting with new tools, refining our processes, strengthening our employer brand, and raising the bar for candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Experience in recruiting, particularly in technical and manufacturing spaces, is a plus.
