Overview
Full-time onsite opportunity for a Sr Project Manager
-Maritime.
You would be a key leader responsible for guiding complex maritime projects from inception to delivery, while actively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. This role requires deep technical expertise, a commitment to safety and quality, and a passion for fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The Sr Maritime Project Manager will serve as a mentor and role model, empowering team members and ensuring project goals are achieved through shared success and open communication.
ResponsibilitiesLead complex maritime projects from inception to delivery; collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; promote safety and quality; mentor and model collaborative leadership to empower team members and achieve project goals through open communication.
Qualifications- Nine plus years or more of Maritime Project Management
- Strong Steel Vessel Construction, Material Flow, and Regulatory Compliance knowledge
- Ability to motivate and lead teams, subcontractors, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
- Strong Safety, Quality, and Continuous Improvement experience
- 20/40 Corrected Vision Requirement
- Able to Pass Pulmonary Function Exam
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, kneel, stoop, climb, and perform overhead work
- Able to work in confined spaces from time to time
