We are looking for a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join our team for the 3rd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and has a solid understanding of machining operations and safety protocols.

• Setting up and operating CNC machines according to production specifications and schedules.
• Interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
• Performing regular inspections of machine setups to verify compliance with specifications.
• Monitoring machine operations and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.
• Conducting routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Keeping accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and material usage.
• Following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE at all times.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

  Skills/
  
  Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of CNC machine operation.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
