Machine Operator, Manufacturing Production, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Machine Operator will operate various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards according to customers’ specifications. Work with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily / monthly goals. Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions. Work independently, performing quality inspections on own work according to production standards. Identify potential production and quality problems, recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action.

- Exceed production output and quality standards
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions
- Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action
- Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment
- Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation
- Order supplies as needed
- Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
- Meet safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills required
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal
- Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities
- 1-3 years’ experience in mechanical ability
- 1-3 years’ experience in safety rules and maintenance instructions
- Intermediate computer skills
Required to be standing and operating a machine 6+ hours a day

Compensation and BenefitsReference Total Target Compensation (TTC) market range for this position, inclusive of annual base salary and the variable compensation target, is between 37,526. USD annual.
