Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 / hour

Assemble finished stainless steel products from components and subassemblies in a high-volume manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and established safety procedures.

• Assemble stainless steel products and subassemblies by following work instructions, blueprints, parts lists, and quality specifications using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and verify completed assemblies by measuring components, ensuring proper fit and notifying supervisors of any quality or production issues.
• Prepare, package, and secure finished products for shipment according to customer and export requirements, including completing all shipping and production documentation.
• Operate assembly, packaging, and material‑handling equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following established operating procedures, identifying safety hazards, and complying with company policies.
• Perform additional duties and support production operations as assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Experience safely using hand and power tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and safely operate forklifts and overhead hoists.
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and documentation.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three years of manufacturing or metal assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
