Diagnose, disassemble, and repair mechanical and electrical breakdowns for a wide range of industrial equipment, including CNC machines, hydraulic/pneumatic presses, waterjets, and 5-axis lasers;
Perform teardowns and rebuilds on pumps and motors to ensure optimal flow and pressure specifications are met;
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks on machinery and facility infrastructure strictly by deadlines to minimize unplanned downtime;
Troubleshoot and repair 120480V 3-phase electrical systems and assist in identifying faults in PLC-driven logic;
Conduct hazardous waste accumulation area checks and participate in EHS safety walks
