Temp Assembly Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a Temp Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Temp Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 2nd Shift (will start on 1st for training)

** What's the Job?*
* + Assemble high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products according to detailed specifications

+ Crate and package finished products ensuring safety and quality standards

+ Use blueprints and design sketches to verify dimensions and tolerance levels

+ Select and operate a variety of precision measuring and checking equipment

+ Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred in manufacturing or assembly environments

+ Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Ability to work under general supervision and support team efforts
