• Pay Rate: $18.73/hour on W2
• Contract Length: 7 months with possible extension
• Location: North Kingstown, RI 02852 (Onsite)
• Work Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:55 PM - 10:55 PM

Raise is currently hiring a contract team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.

• The Machine Operator will operate card production equipment to personalize debit and credit cards according to customer specifications.
• This role involves working closely with operators, technicians, and supervisors to meet daily and monthly production goals while maintaining high quality and security standards.

• Operate card production equipment and perform related activities
• Confirm work receipt
• Formulate and implement work priority decisions
• Exceed production output and quality standards
• Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions
• Work independently performing quality inspections on own work to production standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Identify potential production and quality problems; recommending remedial, corrective or contingency action
• Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problems and to an effective work environment
• Awareness and compliance with all security and production policies/procedures
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation
• Order supplies as needed
• Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
• Meet safety standards

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math skills required
• Good communication skills in both written and verbal
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive – but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences and priorities

• 1–3 years in experience mechanical ability
• 1–3 years of experience with safety rules and maintenance procedures
• Intermediate computer skills

• Ability to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per day
