Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-precision electronic and mechanical products, is seeking a Temp Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Temp Assembly Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $19-21

Shift: 2nd Shift (will start on 1st for training)

What's the Job?

• Assemble high-tolerance electronic and mechanical products according to detailed specifications
• Crate and package finished products ensuring safety and quality standards
• Use blueprints and design sketches to verify dimensions and tolerance levels
• Select and operate a variety of precision measuring and checking equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, and productivity

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience preferred in manufacturing or assembly environments
• Strong mechanical and mathematical aptitude
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work under general supervision and support team efforts
