Registered Nurse; RN

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide resident care at Bayview Rehab. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable nursing practice standards and the written plan of care as well as the physicians' plan of treatment.
• The RN follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per POC.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Rhode Island.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
