Overview
Neurology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) — Providence, RI
Responsibilities- 12 hr. night shifts, 6:30p-7a. 3 days per week. Required to work every other weekend.
- Types of cases/patients: neurology critical care and stroke. 4-6 per day. 18 bed unit. Level trauma I.
- EMR:
Epic - Credentialing 60 days. Contract through Feb. 2026 with possible extension.
- Miscellaneous: would consider a candidate with mixed ICU experience as long as they have competence and confidence managing neuro conditions like stroke.
- Requirements: 1 year of Neuro experience
- COVID vaccine required to work with Lifespan. Will consider providers needing licensure.
- This is a 1099 contract position that provides medical malpractice insurance, no other employee benefits available
