* ** WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING*
* + Coordinate and perform analysis on incoming, in-process, and final product samples. Testing is conducted in designated Quality Control (QC) laboratories and serves as critical quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.

+ Review and audit test results, batch records, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

+ Apply statistical tools to validate quality data and confirm alignment with established guidelines and specifications.

+ Utilize all aspects of the quality system, such as Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) and Internal Corrective Action Requests (ICARs) to identify, classify, and control the status of products. This includes both written and electronic methods for analysis, tracking, and record retention, supporting validation across manufacturing and quality processes.

+ Perform and maintain routine calibration, light maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and standards. This may also involve coordinating external service calls as needed.

+ Provide training to team members on relevant functions upon certification, contributing to a more flexible and versatile team environment.

+ Manage projects and conduct training related to Gage R&R studies, test method development, procedure writing, and Manufacturing Flow Testing (MFT) process flows. This work supports process improvements, cost reductions, and cycle time efficiencies.

+ Adhere to general housekeeping standards, including the proper handling and disposal of process waste, to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

** Experience*
* + 1-2 years of analytical laboratory experience

+ Exposure to chemical manufacturing, semiconductor or other highly regulated industries is preferred
