What You'll Do- Handle inbound sales leads via phone, text, and email
- Follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Collaborate with the sales team to help meet and exceed dealership goals
- Strong communication and phone skills
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Basic computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test
