Now Hiring:
The Security Guard responsibilities include protecting company personnel, visitors, and property by maintaining a safe and secure facility. This role monitors and controls access to the building, prevents unauthorized entry, patrols assigned areas, and authorizes the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vendors. The Security Guard enforces safety and security policies with professionalism and respect, responds to security concerns, writes routine reports, distributes incoming mail to designated offices, and communicates effectively with employees, customers, and management.

This position requires strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills while maintaining a high level of integrity, reliability, and customer service.

Pay Range:$18.50 - $18.50 per hour

Shift: Inquire about shift availability

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Monitor and control access to the facility to prevent unauthorized entry.
-Authorize the entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vendors.
-Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
-Enforce company safety and security policies in a professional manner.
-Monitor building entrances and designated security areas.
-Write routine reports and document security incidents as needed.
-Distribute incoming mail to designated offices throughout the facility.
-Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and management regarding security matters.
-Maintain a professional, respectful demeanor while protecting company assets and personnel.

Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety and/or security role; manufacturing experience preferred.
-Strong communication, observation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
-Ability to enforce policies while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service.
-Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) preferred.
-Ability to write routine reports and maintain accurate documentation.
-Honest, dependable, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to patrol the facility, stand or walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
