Mas Tec is seeking a skilled Fiber Splicer to build end-to-end fiber optic networks in Rhode Island. You will test, troubleshoot, and install splice enclosures while operating fusion splicers and OTDR equipment.
The role requires hands-on problem solving, safety focus, and collaboration with the team on outdoor utility sites. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of fiber splicing experience, are comfortable on ladders or bucket trucks, and welcome overtime with diverse shifts.
