Landings Real Estate Group in North Kingstown, RI is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep apartment communities running at their best. You’ll handle turnovers, respond to work orders, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC, and perform preventative maintenance in a hands-on role.
You’ll join a team of technicians and a supervisor, with a rotating on-call schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
