The Schochet Companies are seeking a Maintenance Technician for Essex Village & King’s Grant Apartments in North Kingstown, RI. You will perform on-site repairs, responsive maintenance, and preventative tasks across 200+ units.
You must have strong plumbing/electrical/HVAC skills, be able to lift 30–60 lbs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be willing to participate in on-call rotation with premium on-call pay. Pre-employment background check and drug screening are required.
