Position Overview :
As a Service and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps.
Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing on-site training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct service and maintenance of the companys products, with a specialization in pumps over 4MW. Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner. Provide on-site and workshop-based installation and validation services. Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively. Deliver on-site training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications :
Apprentice trained or time served 3 years within the pump industry UK Driving License Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
