Superintendent Position

AJB has been operating in the Las Vegas Valley as a commercial general contractor since 1989. We specialize in Ground-Up, Tenant Improvement, and Design-Build Projects, up to $5 million.

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong work ethic to join our team as Superintendent. The Superintendent will provide day-to-day oversight of assigned construction projects, which includes coordinating the work of various trades and contractors, ensuring that jobs are sequenced correctly, evaluating workmanship and quality, ensuring that the project schedule is being followed, the project is within budget, and that trained workers are available as scheduled.

The Project Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes in the most efficient and organized manner. This occasionally requires more than 40 hour work weeks.

Our ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience with a General Contractor working on commercial and industrial projects. Candidates with experience coordinating and scheduling subcontractors and experience in computer scheduling are highly preferred.
