Project Manager, Site Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Las Vegas, NV, responsible for overseeing civil construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Day-to-day tasks include planning project schedules, coordinating subcontractors and self-perform crews, managing budgets, and tracking progress to ensure work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards. The Project Manager will lead project meetings, maintain communication with owners, inspectors, and internal teams, and proactively resolve issues related to logistics, materials, and sequencing.

This role also involves reviewing plans and specifications, preparing and monitoring change orders, and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. The Project Manager will foster a collaborative jobsite culture, support continuous improvement, and align project delivery with Tand Incorporated’s standards and client expectations.

• Project management skills, including Project Management and experience overseeing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Expediting capabilities, such as Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage materials, approvals, and schedules efficiently.
• Inspection and quality control skills, including conducting Inspection activities to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety regulations.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate equipment, materials, and workforce across multiple tasks and phases.
• Experience in civil construction, utilities, or public works projects, with knowledge of wet utilities, earthwork, concrete, and site development.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, and to prepare accurate reports and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with owners, field staff, subcontractors, and public agencies.
• Proficiency with project management and construction-related software (e.g., scheduling tools, office productivity applications).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and meeting deadlines and budget targets.
• Relevant education or training in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent project management experience.
