Graphic Production Lead

Impact XM creates bold, immersive experiences for virtual and live events—and graphics are at the heart of it all. We’re looking for a Graphic Production Lead who thrives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and precision to help bring our large-format graphics to life.

This role is critical to our production success. You’ll own the processes, products, and equipment that ensure every graphic we produce meets the highest standards—on time, on budget, and on brand. You’ll work independently and collaboratively, serving as both a hands‑on expert and a trusted mentor within the team.

• Follow and uphold all Global Impact XM processes and policies with accuracy and efficiency
• Serve as a subject matter expert on graphics for trade show and event applications
• Apply deep knowledge of graphic types, materials, and their best uses and limitations
• Support basic tradeshow booth construction as it relates to graphic products
• Operate wide‑format print equipment and software, while mentoring and training others
• Ensure every print meets Impact XM quality standards, including:
  • Precise PMS, CMYK, and spot color matching
  • Accurate saturation, brightness, and tone
  • Proper sizing and formatting to maintain structural integrity
• Develop, manage, and fine‑tune ICC color profiles for optimal output
• Maintain and optimize RIP and color management software
• Partner with designers, sales teams, print vendors, and agencies to guide file setup and production best practices
• Advise on the most effective print methods for each project
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize all production equipment
• Manage inventory, materials, and supplies
• Research, test, and lead implementation of new production technologies
• Recommend and justify new tools and equipment as needed
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on‑time delivery of all graphics

• Associate degree or technical diploma in Graphic Arts or 1–3 years of related production experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience in the events and exhibition industry is a strong plus
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends, and participate in the Customer Support Program
• Strong communication skills with design, production, and account teams
• Excellent visualization and conceptual thinking abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team‑driven environment
